We understand that sometimes preferences change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Below is our policy to guide you through that process:  

Cancelling Before Shipment  

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped — whichever occurs first.  
• To request cancellation, please contact us via email.  
• If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Modifying Your Order  

We do not allow changes to items or addresses after an order is placed. If you need to make modifications, please cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
