Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all pin codes across India. Disappointingly, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically handled within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is confirmed.
Once processed, you will get an email confirmation with the relevant details.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard shipment generally reaches you within 3–8 business days, allowing you to enjoy your fashion choices without delay.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal—the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may then request re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt along with a photo as proof.
Should a shipment be lost in transit, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund following verification with the courier.
