Once payment is completed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email includes product details, transaction information, and order number, confirming your purchase was successful and is now being processed for shipping.

Orders cannot be changed once processed. If necessary, you may cancel before dispatch or request a return after delivery, provided the product meets return guidelines outlined in our returns and refund policy.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location within India. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, but we always aim to deliver within the promised timeframe.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with intact tags. Returns should be requested within the allowed window from delivery. Items showing damage, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout for your convenience and transparency.
